I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in private practice in Denver for over 15 years. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, providing individual and family therapy. Adolescence is a hard time for many young people and a scary time for most parents. I will assist you and your child in navigating the rough waters and struggles during this time. I have a very specific specialty in working with young people, men and women who are engaging in self-injury. I have helped hundreds of people discontinue this behavior over. I am an international trainer and author on the topic of treating self-injury. Other areas that I frequently address include:

I employ a variety of techniques drawn from many researched based therapies. Most of my treatment plans include Cognitive/Behavioral and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy influences.

Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in social work at Colorado State University
Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in social Work from the University of Denver
Two years of post graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Denver Family Institute
RATES AND FEES
Individual and Family Therapy $120 / 50 min session
Group Rates vary based on type of group $20-65
Fees can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
$5 per session fee for credit card payment
